Rules of cooperation

We place great emphasis on our commitments, which is why every contract contains suitable provisions to guarantee the receipt of the goods or provision of the service under the previously defined terms.

That is why our top priority is to maintain the highest possible quality of our products. Quality can be achieved through precise production and cooperation between the individual departments. WUZETEM – Top Precision is the main motto we identify with and follow. All of these aspects are the reason WUZETEM products are reliable and conform to the most stringent requirements.

We guarantee that our products are free from defects caused by materials or poor workmanship that would prevent them from incorrect operation under normal operating conditions with standard maintenance.

Consequently, we undertake to replace our products with defect-free items or repair them at our factory within one year from their installation in the engine, but not later than 18 months from the date of sale from the factory.

This does not apply to damage caused by incorrect operation and maintenance, including, in particular, the following:

Nozzles

  • damage to the conical face caused by impurities introduced during installation or originating from the fuel,
  • seizure of the needle due to the deformation of the opening in the injector body caused by the over-tightening of the injector nut and impurities,
  • failure to replace the thermal seals in the cylinder head (for pintle nozzles),
  • repairs performed incorrectly, contrary to the rules.

Plungers

  • damage to the surface at the face of the plunger (compaction) due to incorrect maintenance,
  • wear of plunger and cylinder surfaces located opposite fuel orifices due to impurities in the fuel,
  • plunger seizure caused by over-tightening of the connection or impurities in the fuel,
  • repairs performed incorrectly, contrary to the rules.

Injectors

  • assembly damage to parts, particularly threaded parts,
  • replaced parts and assemblies, misadjustment, repairs performed incorrectly, contrary to the rules,
  • damage described in the item concerning nozzles caused by impurities.

Injection and feeding pumps

  • damage to internal parts,
  • misadjustment, repairs performed incorrectly, contrary to the rules,
  • damage due to impurities in the fuel (operation with an ineffective filter).
